Cancellation and Refund Policy

AP State Dental Council has a limited cancellation & refund policy. This allows for a full refund should technical difficulties, procedural lapses or any other unforeseen event result in a paid subscription not being awarded membership or the relevant certificates by the Council for a period of more than 30 days. Simply use the Refund Request Form to ask for a refund - all refunds will be completed within 15 working days and will only be refunded back to the credit card / debit card used to initiate the membership procedure.

Refunds in the case of procedural lapses would mean:

  • Money erroneously paid
  • Eligibility criteria not being met
  • Required documents not submitted

Transmission of Payment Details

All private data including payment details and credit card information will be transmitted securely using 256 bit SSL technology. This is the same level of security available through your web browser when connecting to your Internet bank provider.
